    I am very happy with this seller's products and customer service! I bought this necklace and really liked it but within a week or 2 it had already broken. I contacted the seller and told them the situation. They actually made me another necklace and send it right out to me no charge. They genuinely seemed concerned and wanted to fix the situation and make me happy, which they did! They were timely and right on it and the necklace didn't take too long to get to me. I am very happy with the product and the service! 5 STARS!

    Beautiful Necklace this is my second one. The color does change just a little but I think blends well with my real 10kt and 14kt jewelry. Great buy! But order in advance also since the lettering is on the thin side they can bend easily but I will still consider this product.
