I never received my product

They are very very cute bracelets. I ordered 2 braclets with the same letters for the first letter of each of my closest friends and I. I was worried that the small thin chain would break easily, but it is surprisingly really really sturdy!!! I am a thick woman so I ordered anklet sizes, which fit my wrists very nicely. I did have to go to Walmart to buy bracelet extensions in order to put mine on my ankle, but it was worth it. They are good quality and have done well on my ankle where nothing will snag or rip it apart.

My great-granddaughter has a unique first name with a capital letter in the middle. The personalization on this bracelet was perfect. She is 11, so the bracelet was a bit too big for her, but it works perfectly as an anklet for now and will be worn as a bracelet later. She was absolutely thrilled with it. It did take some time to get here, but it made it before Christmas.

If you are like me and love personalized jewelry this is the way to go ?? It arrived on time ???? And the pouch it came is cute cute also I made a error on my order & they rectified it .. they were very understanding to my typing error and said they would send me out another bracelet I was so happy bout the way they communicated with me.. I had to order a necklace for myself ... I will be ordering from Onlyone for all my custom jewelry ????

i love my order but my only concern is, im scared that itll break too easily. i also realized that my wrist is a little to small for it, so that something to be aware of when ordering. idk if there is a size chart to choose from or maybe i over looked it, but other than those two thingsi love it.
